I’ve led teams of up to 14 across UX, visual, systems, content, and emerging tech. My approach adapts to the individual and the moment. That might mean coaching a systems designer through dev handoff challenges, embedding a visual designer into a new product track to build traction, or supporting a senior IC as they lead discovery across functions.

When managing people leaders, I focus on helping them lead with clarity and build strong relationships across their teams. That includes earning trust, reading the room in high-stakes settings, and keeping people motivated through change. I focus on making sure strategic priorities and organizational goals stay at the center of their decision-making, so their teams stay aligned, engaged, and effective.

Whether guiding a platform overhaul or evolving a design system, I focus on creating the conditions for clarity, momentum, and alignment. I work closely with product and engineering leads to shape direction, pressure-test ideas early, and stay aligned on what success looks like at every stage.

At the executive level, I know how to translate design into language that resonates. At Alaska, I worked closely with the CMO and Chief Digital Officer to position our design system as a key lever for scaling quality and accelerating delivery. It became a foundational part of how the company operated across platforms. That same focus carries into the day-to-day, showing up in critiques, working sessions, and ongoing feedback to keep the work sharp and the team focused on what matters.
